Terms of reference
- To decide whether to authorise the transfer of monies to the Compensation Fund from monies held on statutory trust
- With regard to monies held on statutory trust, to consider and if necessary advise the board upon
- issues of policy or process in regard to the administration of monies held on statutory trusts
- issues arising from the interrelationship, in financial or governance terms, between the board's roles in administering the Compensation Fund and monies held on statutory trust
