If you discover a regulated person has been arrested, charged or convicted of an offence, contact us immediately (by emailing or writing to our Fraud and Confidential Intelligence Bureau).
The situation may have an impact on clients of the firm. It may also affect the person's ability to practise. We may need to take action to protect clients.
