The website "www.bradslincoln.co.uk" is operating, which claims to be for a 'global law firm' and which operates in England.

What is the scam?

The SRA has been informed that a website is operating from "www.bradslincoln.co.uk".

The website for "Brads Lincoln LLP" states that it is a "commercial law firm offering an easily, accessible and understandable approach to the law and legal services for corporate, small businesses and individuals in England".

The website claims that "Brads Lincoln LLP" is a law firm with an office contact address of 5 Station Parade, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, HP9 2PG and a telephone number of +442033898389. A contact email address is provided as "info@bradslincoln.co.uk".

The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm called "Brads Lincoln LLP".

Any business or transactions through "Brads Lincoln LLP" using the website or contact details shown above are not undertaken by a solicitor's firm authorised and regulated by the SRA.

What should I do?
