1. He is not a sole practitioner or sole director of a recognised body.
2. He is not a manager or owner of a recognised body where all the other managers or owners: (a) have less than 3 years experience practising as a lawyer in a firm regulated by the SRA unless the arrangements have first been approved by the SRA, (b) are recognised bodies of which he is a sole director.
3. He shall immediately inform any actual or prospective employer, co-manager or co-owner of these conditions and the reasons for their imposition.
4. He attend a course accredited by the SRA on compliance with the Solicitors' Accounts Rules 1998 (as amended) within 3 months of the date of notification of this decision and provide confirmation of his attendance (in the form of a certificate or letter of attendance from the course provider) at such course within 5 months of notification of this decision.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, the conditions set out at paragraphs 1-2 above shall take effect 3 months from the date of notification of this decision.
The remaining conditions take immediate effect.

1. Failure to deliver an accountant's report for period ending 31 March 2008.
2. Failure to comply with an expectation of an Adjudicator with respect to the filing of the accountant's report.
