Reasons/basis
The Authorised Officer had regard to Regulation 6.1(d) of the SRA Practising Regulations 2009 and was satisfied that Ms Gill’s undertaking of the above course will, in the public interest, require her to take specified steps conducive to the carrying on of efficient practice.
