1) she is not a sole signatory to any client or office account and does not have the power alone to authorise electronic payments or transfers from any client or office account, and

2) Ms Jenkins shall immediately inform any actual or prospective employer, co-manager, co-owner of this condition and the reasons for its imposition.

Reasons/basis

 Having regard to Ms Jenkins' circumstances and the purposes set out in Regulation 6.1 of the SRA Practising Regulations for which conditions may be imposed, that it is necessary in the public interest to impose the above condition.
