1.3 Mr Forbes shall immediately inform any actual or prospective employer, co-manager, or co-owner of these conditions and the reasons for their imposition.
2. Should he hold client money, he delivers half yearly accountant’s reports, such reports and any Cease to Hold report required, to be delivered within 2 months of the end of the period to which they relate.
3. He undertakes a course accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority on the Solicitors Accounts Rules 1998 within 6 months of the date of notification of this decision and provides confirmation of the completion of the course (in the form of a certificate or letter of attendance from the course provider) at such course the next time he applies for a practising certificate.
Reasons/basis
Mr Forbes is subject to Regulation 3.1(a(i)), (b), (g), (j) and (n) of the SRA Practising Regulations 2009. The above conditions are imposed pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 6.1(a), (d) and (e) of the SRA Practising Regulations 2009.

Reasons/basis
Having noted that Mr Forbes is subject to Regulation 3.1(a)(i), (b), (g), (j) and (n) the Authorised Officer is satisfied that the above conditions are appropriate and proportionate at this time. In reaching this conclusion, regard had been had to the provisions of Regulation 6.1(a) and (e) of the SRA Practising Regulations 2009.
