To grant Mr Rajshi Veja a practising certificate for the practice year 2009/2010 subject to the condition that he delivers half yearly accountant’s reports, such reports and any cease to hold report required, to be delivered within 2 months of the end of the period to which they relate.
Reasons/basis
The Adjudicator was satisfied that, in view of the regulatory and disciplinary history outlined , it is necessary to impose the above condition, to facilitate closer monitoring by the SRA of compliance with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules 1998 pursuant to regulation 6.1(e) SRA Practising Regulations 2009. The Adjudicator did not however consider that any further conditions are necessary in the interests of the public.
