Reasons/basis
The Committee was satisfied that grounds for intervention existed under Paragraph 1 (1) (g) of Part I of the Solicitors Act 1974 (as amended) result of Mr Jason Arthur Fenney having been struck off the roll of Solicitors on 31 July 2012.
The Committee was further satisfied that grounds for intervention existed under Paragraph 32(1)(c) of Schedule 2 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985 as the recognised body, Injury Specialists Solicitors Limited, had entered into administration on 26 October 2011.
