1) Failed and/or delayed in the filing of Accountants Reports for the years ended 30th June 2006, 2007 and 2008
2) That he failed to comply with an expectation of an SRA Adjudicator dated 27 April 2009
The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
