1. He is not a sole practitioner or sole director of a recognised body. 2. He is not a manager or owner of a recognised body where all the other managers or owners (a) have less than 3 years experience practising as a lawyer in a firm regulated by the SRA, unless the arrangements have first been approved by the SRA (b) are recognised bodies of which he is a sole director. 3. He shall immediately inform any actual or prospective employer, co-manager or co-owner of the above conditions and the reasons for their imposition. 4. He undertakes a course accredited by the SRA on the rules and principles of professional conduct, including the Solicitors' Accounts Rules 1998, within 3 months of recommencing practice as a solicitor and provides confirmation of the completion of the course (in the form of a certificate or letter of attendance from the course provider) at such a course when he next applies for a practising certificate, if he has recommenced practice.
