Ms Fraser's practising certificate for the 2009/2010 practice year has been made subject to a condition that in the event she holds or receives client money, she is required to deliver half yearly accountant's reports, such reports to be delivered within 2 months of the end of the period to which the report relates.Reasons/basis
Ms Fraser is subject to the requirements of Regulation 3.1(k)(i) of the SRA Practising Regulations 2009 as she entered into an IVA agreement with her creditors with effect from 23 April 2010. In making this decision, the Authorised Officer had regard to Regulation 6.1(e) and 6.4(b) of the SRA Practising Regulations 2009.
