Should Mr Martyns hold client monies in the capacity as a sole practitioner, or as a Manager, he delivers half yearly Accountant’s Reports, such Reports and any Cease to Hold Report required, to be delivered within 2 months of the end of the period to which they relate.

 The Solicitors Regulation Authority are satisfied that it is a reasonable, necessary, appropriate and proportionate that the Solicitors Regulation Authority imposes the above practising certificate conditions at the present time.
