 To grant Ms R A A Okeno a practising certificate for the practice year 2010/2011 subject to the condition that should Ms Okeno hold client monies in the capacity as a sole practitioner, or as a Manager, she delivers half yearly Accountant's Reports, such Reports and any Cease To Hold Report required, to be delivered within 2 months of the end of the period to which they relate.

Reasons/basis

The condition is imposed taking into consideration the purposes of Regulation 6.1(e) of the SRA Practising Regulations in that the imposition will be in the public interest and will facilitate closer monitoring by the SRA of compliance with rules and regulations.
