To grant Mr A Birkbeck a practising certificate for the practice year 2010/2011 subject to the conditions that:
1) he does not hold, receive or have access to client monies save for receiving cheques and
2) he is not a signatory to any client or office account and does not have the power to authorise electronic payments or transfers from any client or office account.
Reasons/basis
Having had regard to the provisions of Regulation 6.1(a) of the SRA Practising Regulations 2009, the Authorised Officer considered it to be appropriate to impose the above conditions.
