The Panel of Adjudicators Sub-Committee was satisfied that an intervention into Vincent Doherty & Co was necessary because;
- 1.There was reasonable to suspect dishonesty on the part of Mr Doherty
- 2. Mr Doherty had failed to comply with the Solicitors Accounts Rules & Solicitors Code of Conduct
- 3. An intervention was deemed necessary to protect clients interests.
