Reasons/basis
Mr Marshall misled an employer and a prospective employer before and after admission to the Roll in relation to his academic achievements, as a result of which he was able to secure for himself an unfair advantage. His behaviour pre-admission was found to be incompatible with the standards expected of a person who was proceeding towards admission and his post admission conduct was found to be in breach of rule 1.02 and 1.06 of the Solicitors' Code of Conduct 2007.
