1. He may act as a registered foreign lawyer only in employment which has first been approved by the SRA. 2. He is not a sole practitioner or a manager or owner of a recognised body. 3. Mr Adeyemi shall immediately inform any actual or prospective employer of these conditions and the reasons for their imposition. 4. He undertakes courses accredited by the SRA on the Solicitors Account Rules 1998 and the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct 2007 (June 2009) by 7 May 2010 and provides confirmation of his attendance (in form of a certificate or letter of attendance from the course provider) at such courses by 7 July 2010.
Reasons/basis
The Adjudicator was satisfied that it is in the interests of the public that the above conditions are to be imposed on Mr Adeyemi’s current registration as a foreign lawyer.
