The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer in respect of allegations which are or include that Mr Ali :-
1) Failed to keep accounting records properly written up.
2) Made withdrawals from client account contrary to Rule 22
of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
3) Caused or permitted accounting records to be destroyed
4) He misappropriated clients funds
The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
