iConveyancer Ltd breached Rule 10.05 of the Solicitors' Code of Conduct 2007 when the company delayed unreasonably fulfilling the terms of certain undertakings it had given, whilst acting for the sellers of properties, to pass on documents and redeem outstanding charges. This led to complaints and problems when the properties were sold and buyers’ details could not be registered at the Land Registry. This has now been done.
iConveyancer Ltd was given a written rebuke.
