Can I use Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test "heads" I have already passed towards the assessments required by the new scheme?
The Qualified Lawyers Transfer Regulations 2009 were replaced by the SRA Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme Regulations 2010 on 1 September 2010.
Test results that have already been achieved cannot be carried over to, or carry any weight in, the new transfer scheme.
