The annual enquiry to stay on the roll of solicitors has closed for 2013. We took all reasonable steps to contact everyone who was eligible to remain on the roll.
Solicitors without a practising certificate who did not complete an application (to include a fee where appropriate), were removed from the roll as of 1 August 2013. We have attempted to contact all those affected; anyone who wishes to be restored to the roll needs to complete a restoration to the roll application and pay a fee of £20.
It is important for the SRA to hold up-to-date contact details for you. Therefore, if your details have changed, please log in to mySRA and update them.
Restoration to the roll
If your name has been removed from the roll of solicitors, you may apply for your name to be restored to the roll under regulation 8 of the Solicitors Keeping of the Roll Regulations, by logging in to mySRA and completing the application for restoration to the roll.
