Notifying us of succession form

Please submit your NS1 form by 17.00 on 1 September 2017 to make sure we are able to process this ahead of our practising certificate renewals period in October.

If you submit your form after that, between 2 September and 31 October 2017, there may be a delay. Please be aware that the fee that appears on your bulk renewal form will only be updated once your form has been processed.

If you want to send us your form after your bulk renewal application has been submitted, we may need to ask further questions or require additional fees. It may also delay the issuing of any certificates you requested.
