Changes to notepaper
When the Code comes into force, solicitors will be required to include on their notepaper the words "Regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority" in place of "Regulated by the Law Society".
This applies to letterheads and faxes.
To allow solicitors to use up existing stocks and order new stock, the deadline for the change is 1 October 2007.
