Ethical code for insolvency practitioners
The Joint Insolvency Committee is seeking the views of insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders on a revised ethical code for insolvency practice.
The consultation, open until 2 July, is being run by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
