Risk Outlook 2014/2015

The Risk Outlook 2014/15 sets out an overview of key issues and trends in the legal services sector. It explains the key risks that we have identified to the regulatory objectives.

    We provide regular updates to our Risk Outlook to keep you informed of key risks. You can then think about your firm's exposure to them, and how you plan to manage them. Accompanying this update is a report on the balancing of duties in litigation.

  • Autumn 2014 update

Risk Outlook 2013/2014

The Risk Outlook sets out our current view of the key risks to the regulatory objectives in the Legal Services Act (LSA) 2007 over the next twelve months.
