Initial applications
There are different forms to complete depending on what you want to do.
You might be setting up a new firm, or wanting to become recognised as a sole practitioner. You might want to apply for approval of a non-lawyer to join your firm as a manager. There are also forms for European and foreign lawyers who wish to register with the SRA.
You can make any of these applications at any point during the year.
