Recognised bodies, non-lawyers

Recognised bodies

If you are a recognised body, we can impose conditions on your recognition at any time, including on initial recognition. In specific circumstances, we may revoke your recognition.

Non-lawyers

Under certain circumstances, we can also withdraw our approval of a non-lawyer as a manager of a recognised body or as a manager of a body corporate which is a manager of a recognised body.
