Notifications
There are various reasons why you may need to notify the SRA of changes to your practising details and/or circumstances.
The notification forms available here are to
- notify the SRA of change in practising details if you are a non-manager,
- notify the SRA of a new manager joining your firm or an existing manager leaving your firmĀ (form NM1),
- notify the SRA of your intention to apply for a practising certificate or registration under regulation 3 of the SRA Practising Regulations 2011 (form REG3),
- notify the SRA that you do not wish to renew your practising certificate or registration for 2011/2012 (form NNR).
- notify the SRA of a successor turnover figure where
- a firm has succeeded to the whole or part of the practice of one or more firms and/or
- a firm has split or ceded part of the practice to another firm and wishes this change to be considered by the SRA when determining the firm's next renewal fee (form NS1)
