If you need a practising certificate to practise before 31 October 2008, please read these notes for help on completing your RF3 application form. Attach the fee and choose a way to pay.
If you need to apply to practise before 31 October 2008 and have not received an RF3 form, contact us.
Apply for the 2008/09 practising year
The RF3 form for renewing your practising certificate for the next practising year will be sent to you by 13 October 2008. If you don't receive it by then, contact us.
