1. Personal details
SRA number
Every solicitor has a unique SRA number, which should be quoted when contacting us. The number appears on a solicitor's certificate of admission or practising certificate as "Law Society reference number".
Other legal qualifications and registrations
If you are also a member of a legal profession of another jurisdiction, or a barrister of England and Wales, give the jurisdiction, the professional title and the date of admission to that profession.
If you are registered in another European state under the Establishment Directive, give the jurisdiction and the date of initial registration.
