Residential conveyancing and anti-money laundering studies

Our Thematic Supervision Team is working on a project to better understand how firms handle residential conveyancing transactions. Separately, the team is working on a project to understand how firms that carry out trust or company service provision work meet their anti-money laundering obligations. From 8 June to 11 July, we are calling firms to discuss the projects and arrange on-site visits.
