HIPs included in Code of Conduct

Rule 18 of the Solicitors' Code of Conduct, which deals with property selling, was amended on 1 August 2007 to incorporate solicitors' professional conduct obligations under the recently introduced home information packs regime.
We have amended subrule 18.01 and included two new, related items
