Study to focus on female, BAME solicitor career progression

We are conducting research into career progression amongst female and Black and Asian minority ethnic (BAME) solicitors.

We aim to understand what is being done – and what more could be done – to improve the representation of female and BAME solicitors in senior roles at law firms.

From 6 March to 8 March, we are contacting compliance officers for legal practice at around 70 firms to ask them to complete a questionnaire on behalf of their firms.
