In response to the statement that firms should have greater control over the way they complete the PC renewal and recognition exercise, 72% of you rated this as a high priority.

In response to the statement that the regulated community wanted the application to be simpler and easier to complete, 71% of you rated this as a high priority.

In response to the statement that SRA levels of support need improving, 78% of you rated this as a high priority.

In response to the statement that the system's performance needed improving, 79% of you rated this as a high priority.

In response to the statement that there were defects in the system, 83% of you rated this as a priority.

The breakdown of respondents was:
- Organisational contacts: 56%,
- PC holders: 20%,
- Authorised signatories:8%,
- Sole practitioners: 5%,
- PC holders (not working in a law firm): 3%,
- Other: 8%.

51% of respondents said they would be willing to participate in user testing.
