Fraud alert: Be on your guard

Criminals are cloning the identities of bona fide firms and solicitors—and using them in advanced-fee frauds. We strongly advise firms to be vigilant. Search the internet regularly to ensure your details are not being misused.

We have made it easier to search for regulatory and disciplinary decisions on our website. If you know part of the name of the regulated individual—or part of the name of the firm they were at when the matters giving rise to the decision occurred—you can now search for published decisions about them.
