Black and minority ethnic solicitors working group
Annesta Weekes QC has been appointed to chair the working party looking at disproportionate involvement of BME solicitors in some areas of the SRA's regulatory processes. Lord Herman Ouseley, former chair of the Commission for Racial Equality, will conduct an independent review of the SRA's practices, procedures and decision making.
