We welcome consultation responses from every quarter, and we strongly encourage members of the public and consumers of legal services to respond.

About the questionnaire

• The questionnaire is interactive and can be completed in several minutes. Very few of the questions are mandatory.
• You'll need to complete the questionnaire in a single session.
• The questionnaire summarises the key issues we are consulting on, and you can complete it without reading our equality and diversity strategy or our strategic action plan. However, we urge you to read both the strategy and the plan before you begin the questionnaire.
• Most questions are in multiple-choice format. If you wish to add detailed remarks, use the comments fields included.
