The website "www.johnpauleysolicitors.net" is operating, which falsely claims to be for a firm of solicitors called "John Pauley & Co Solicitors" based in Manchester․

The SRA does not regulate or authorise a firm of solicitors called "John Pauley & Co Solicitors".

The website provides the telephone numbers "07418342302", and "07418342420" and the telephone/ fax number of "02820140009".  It also provides the email addresses "pauley@johnpauleysolicitors.net" and info@johnpauleysolicitors.net and a postal address of "100 Barbirolli Square Manchester M2 3ABm United Kingdom".

Any business or transactions through "John Pauley & Co Solicitors", the website "www.johnpauleysolicitors.net" or any of the contact details provided above are not undertaken by a firm of solicitors authorised and regulated by the SRA.

Is there a genuine firm or person?

The SRA does authorise and regulate genuine solicitor called John Pauley, who works for a genuine firm of solicitors that is authorised and regulated by the SRA.

The genuine John Pauley has confirmed he has no connection to the website referred to in the above alert.
