Warning: Yagmur Kingir falsely claiming to be a consultant at Lansbury Worthington Limited

The SRA has been notified that 'Yagmur Kingir' is falsely claiming to be a consultant at 'Lansbury Worthington Solicitors' in relation to an immigration matter.
What is the scam?
The SRA has been advised that 'Yagmur Kingir' is falsely claiming to be a consultant at 'Lansbury Worthington Solicitors'.
The SRA understands that 'Yagmur Kingir' is a director of 'Rain Mower Solicitors Ltd' and 'Rain Mower Legal Consultancy Ltd'.
The SRA has seen a Client Authority Letter from 'Rain Mower Legal Consultancy Ltd' which has misused the details of a genuine firm of solicitors (see below). The document provides an email address of ap@lansburyworthington.co.uk.
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a genuine solicitor called 'Yagmur Kingir'.
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a genuine firm of solicitors called 'Rain Mower Solicitors Ltd' of 137 Goldhawk Road, London, United Kingdom, W12 8EN or 'Rain Mower Legal Consultancy Ltd' of 17a Page Street, Swansea, Wales, SA1 4EZ.
Any business done through the above firms or the email address of 'ap@lansburyworthington.co.uk' is not undertaken by a solicitors' practice or individual authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
The SRA does authorise and regulate a genuine firm of solicitors called Lansbury Worthington Limited. It has an office at 11 Galena Road, Hammersmith, London W6 0LT.
The genuine firm of Lansbury Worthington Limited uses the email domain names @lansbury-worthington.co.uk and @lwsol.co.uk.
The genuine firm of Lansbury Worthington has confirmed it has no connection to 'Yagmur Kingir','Rain Mower Solicitors Ltd','Rain Mower Legal Consultancy' or the email address referred to above.
What should I do?
When a firm's or individual's identity has been copied exactly (or cloned), due diligence is necessary. If you receive correspondence claiming to be from the above firm(s) or individual(s), or information of a similar nature to that described, you should conduct your own due diligence by checking the authenticity of the correspondence by contacting the law firm directly by reliable and established means. Other verification methods, such as checking public records (e.g. telephone directories and company records) may be required in other circumstances.
