Reasons/basis

• There is reason to suspect dishonesty by Ms Soni in connection with her practice at Denning Sotomayor Ltd – paragraph 1(1)(a)(i) Schedule 1 Solicitors Act 1974 (as amended).
• Ms Soni has failed to comply with the SRA Principles (2019) and the SRA Accounts Rules (2019) which are rules made under sections 31 and 32 of the Solicitors Act 1974 – paragraph 1(1)( c) Schedule 1 Solicitors Act 1974.
