Decision to intervene into Archer Fields Solicitors.

The Panel was satisfied that grounds for intervention existed under paragraph 32(1)(a) of Schedule 2 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985, namely that Jayesh Sasdev, as manager at Archer Fields Solicitors had failed to comply with the rules made by virtue of sections 31 and 32 of the Solicitors Act 1974 (as amended).
The Panel was satisfied that grounds for intervention existed under paragraph 32(1)(e) of Schedule 2 of the Administration of Justice Act 1985, namely that it was necessary to intervene to protect the interests of clients or former clients of Archer Fields Solicitors.
