Make sure your mySRA details are up to date

Like any organisation, our systems and processes are only ever as good as the information held within them.

A large proportion of the information we hold on the profession is provided by you through your mySRA account. It’s you as an individual who is responsible for making sure the details we hold on you are accurate.

If the information we hold on you is wrong you may not be able to take advantage of some of the benefits the new regulations will bring, and you could have issues when it’s time to renew your practising certificate or firm authorisation. You should also check that your firm’s profile within mySRA is correct.

This is particularly important because if we do not hold the correct web address, your firm will not be able to display the SRA’s clickable logo (known as SRA Digital Badge in our rules) – a mandatory requirement by November 25.The name of the badge was changed to clickable logo after online testing found it to be a term far better understood by the public.

We have published a short video to help explain to the public what it means if a firm is displaying the clickable logo.
