Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy
In November 2014, we published this strategy along with an action plan for 2014 to 2017. The strategy outlines our three main equality, diversity and inclusion objectives and the work we will be taking forward in order to meet those objectives.
SRA enforcement strategy
We first consulted on this enforcement strategy in April-July 2010. The Enforcement Strategy was reviewed in October 2015 in line with our commitment in our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan for 2014/15. This review has been a partial review in lieu of a full review in 2016. The Enforcement Strategy is not a stand alone document and is linked to other elements of our regulatory framework. The Enforcement Strategy will be fully reviewed in 2016 as part of our commitment to operational improvement.
Draft supervision and enforcement strategy for conveyancing
This draft strategy sets out how we will engage with firms who undertake conveyancing work with a view to identifying and responding to evidence of practice that is inconsistent with our Principles, achievement of the Outcomes in the new SRA Code of Conduct and compliance with the Rules in the new SRA Handbook.
