Admission forms and fees
19 March 2019
During the coronavirus outbreak, we encourage you to send your Admission Application form (AD1) to us through email rather than in the post. This is to make sure the form is processed in good time ahead of your expected admission date. Please email your form, and any relevant documentation, to email@example.com.
To pay, please complete the relevant sections of the methods of payment form, and send it with your completed application once you have instructed your bank to send payment direct.
If you have any questions, please contact us by emailing SRAAdmissions@sra.org.uk.
Applications for admission are now being considered for 2 December 2019 onwards.
The Character and Suitability Assessment form is for you to find out if you have the character and suitability to be admitted as a solicitor. You can use this at any time before applying for admission. You only need to complete this form if you have any issues to disclose under our Assessment of Character and Suitability Rules.
Our decision on your early assessment of character and suitability is not binding. However, providing you have no other issues to disclose, we usually uphold this decision when you apply for admission.
Before sending us any of these forms, you must complete the pre-admission screening process.
