Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal findings and orders

Last updated 11 July 2011

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) is independent, both judicially and administratively, of the Law Society and the SRA, although its running costs are funded by the Law Society.

The SRA is responsible for most prosecutions at the SDT. We are not responsible for the SDT's findings (written judgments) or its orders.

Findings produced by the SDT between early 2005 and 1 July 2011 are available below.

For findings produced after 1 July 2011, please visit the SDT's website: www.solicitorstribunal.org.uk.

If you have any queries about the documents below or about unpublished SDT findings, please contact the SDT.
