If you do not wish to renew your practising certificate or recognition, you must let us know by completing a notification of non-renewal form.
You will be able to nominate your Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) and Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) between 31 May and 31 July. We will email your authorised signatory a link to a web-based nomination form and contact the firms for whom we have no authorised signatory or email address, during May.
