Higher rights of audience approved course and assessment providers
Listed below are the details of approved assessment and training providers. The specific types of service they have been approved to provide are noted in each case. Please check these carefully.
Under the Solicitors' Higher Rights of Audience Regulations 2010, any solicitor or registered European lawyer who wishes to exercise rights of audience in the higher courts must pass a compulsory advocacy assessment in order to gain the qualification. Please contact the providers concerned for more details.
We continue to list here providers approved to offer training under the Higher Courts Qualification Regulations 2000, because solicitors who have a valid certificate of eligibility may sit the test by the expiration date of their certificate and apply for higher rights of audience within the transition period, which ends on 31 March 2012.
Please contact the providers direct for details of dates and venues.
