Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal findings and orders

Last updated 27 April 2009

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) is independent, both judicially and administratively, of the Law Society and the SRA, although its running costs are funded by the Law Society. The SRA is responsible for most prosecutions at the SDT. We are not responsible for the SDT's findings and orders.

The Solicitors Act 1974 requires us to make the SDT's findings and orders available for inspection on request. As a service to the public, we also publish the findings here as soon as they become available to us.

If you have any queries about the documents below or about unpublished SDT findings, please contact the SDT directly.
