Your username must begin with a letter or a number. It can contain a combination of letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores.

Your password should be 8-16 characters and contain three out of four of the following:

    • lowercase characters

  1. Once created, retype your password in the Confirm password field.

Type in an email address to receive a verification code

Why should I use a personal email address?

We recommend using an email address you will always have access to through your career. This is because personal email addresses do not usually change, whereas work email addresses may be deactivated or cannot be accessed once you leave an employer.

If you cannot access your account email address, it will take additional steps to regain access such as proving your identity. Once registered you will be able to give us a contact address so you can receive emails at your work address

Click the Email me a verification code button

Copy the code from the email into the Verification Code field

    Click Verify Code button

Select 'I'm not robot' to complete ReCAPTCHA

    Click the Continue button

To complete the account set up process, create your profile on the Create account page

  2. You will need to register a phone number for verification purposes when you first log in to mySRA.

You will need to have this phone with you whenever you log in, so we recommend using a personal number.

We will send you a code by SMS text or call you to verify your identity every time you access mySRA.

  3. The following fields are mandatory:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Date of birth
